FFP Global Names Stephen Lynch as its First Vice President of Strategic Accounts Westborough, MA (March 3, 2009) - FFP Global today has appointed its first Vice President of Strategic Accounts, adding Stephen Lynch to the company's senior management team. In this new position, Steve will develop strategic partnerships with companies across a variety of industries that can benefit from FFP Global's expertise in delivering Business Process Outsourced Solutions in five key areas: Supply Chain Management, Reverse Logistics, Customer Support, Marketing and Sales. Elise Chow, CEO and President of FFP Global, was instrumental in bringing to Steve to FFP Global and remarked: "Steve brings a detailed understanding of the challenges faced by companies in developing business processes that reduce costs while improving overall operating efficiencies. Prior to joining FFP Global, Lynch spent twenty-nine years at AT&T, where he held a wide range of positions. Most recently, he served as Assistant Vice President for Consumer Channel Marketing. In this position, he worked closely with AT&T officers and Senior Managers developing strategy, sales planning and program execution. He directed new business development opportunities, which included partner negotiation, program implementation and securing funding for program execution. In his tenure with AT&T, Lynch also held leadership positions in Alternate Distribution Channel, Call Center Management and Sales. He continually met or exceeded deliverable goals by building high performing teams.
